FALL PADDLING
The Stratford Dragon Boat Club will holds its annual fall paddling program for new paddlers starting on the Tuesday after the September Stratford Race. The next fall paddling session will begin on Tuesday, Septmember 18, 2007. Practices will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30-7:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 9-10 am. Interested paddlers should meet at Tom Patterson Island. The fall paddling will take place until the water is lowered in Lake Victoria. . No experience is required. A waiver and a registration form must be filled out prior to going on the boat. The fall paddling program is for new paddlers who enjoyed racing at the Stratford Event and would like to learn more about paddling. Emphasis is on proper technique. All equipment is provided.
